The guide to your pets stay

Everything you need to know before your pet’s stay at Driftwood Bed N Boarding.

Please take a few minutes to review the information below so you’ll know exactly what to expect before drop-off day.

General information

Before accepting any pets boarding reservation, they must be in good health and up to date on vaccinations. We require a copy of your pet's current vaccinations or they can be uploaded to gingr. They must be up to date on:

Dogs: Rabies, Bordetella, & Distemper.

Cats: Rabies, Distemper, Leukemia (recommended)

Flea and tick prevention is required. We cannot admit pets showing signs of illness, parasites, or injury at check-in.

Monday - Friday: 9AM-10AM & 3PM-4PM

Saturday: 9AM-10AM

Sunday: 3PM-4PM

  • Please select your drop-off and pick-up times through Gingr pet app when booking so we can plan for smooth arrivals and departures.

  • After hours pick up and drop off are available by arrangement only (additional fee will apply)

Phone Hours:

Monday - Friday 8AM–5PM

(Pick-up and drop-off times remain limited to scheduled windows.)

  • Owners are required to make a 50% deposit for the pet’s total stay at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is made.

  • Cancellations must be done 48-hours prior to the reservation date for a full refund. If cancellation notice is less than 48-hours an amount of one night stay will be invoiced for the Owner to pay immediately.

  • The total payment for your pet’s stay is due at check-in.

  • Payment for additional items added during your pet’s stay will be due at time of pick-up.

  • Holiday Deposit & Cancellation: Owners are required to make 100% deposit for the pet’s total stay at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is made. Deposits are non-refundable unless your booking is cancelled 2 weeks prior to your pets check-in. No refunds will be given for early pickups or shortened stays.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

  • Dogs must be friendly toward staff and other dogs.

  • We are unable to board aggressive pets or females in heat for safety reasons.

  • All pets must arrive on a leash or in a secure carrier.

  • Excessive barking or stress will be minimized by adjusting playtime or housing location for your pet’s comfort.

  • If a pet damages toys, bedding, or equipment, replacement costs may apply.

  • Driftwood BNB reserves the right to refuse service to any animal for health or safety concerns.

  • We provide comfortable, bedding for every guest. If a pet damages or destroys their bed or other provided items beyond normal wear, a replacement fee may apply to cover the cost of replacement. Owner will be notified.

  • Food for the entire stay plus two extra days’ worth (labeled and pre-measured if possible). If food is not provided at check-in, we’ll gladly supply our house food at an additional cost.

  • Medications clearly labeled with dosage and instructions.

  • Leash or crate for safe transport.

  • Favorite toys are welcome for comfort (please no beds).

  • Vaccination records need to be sent to us or uploaded to Gingr before your reservation.

What To Bring

  • Clean metal food and water bowls.

  • Comfortable mat beds and indoor climate-controlled runs (no beds please).

  • Doggie door to an outdoor run with shade and fresh air.

  • Plenty of supervised interaction and care throughout the day.

  • Outdoor yard time at least 2 times a day

What We Provide

Comfort & Safety

We group dogs by size and temperament to keep play calm and positive. For their comfort, our staff monitors stress, behavior, and energy levels adjusting activity time or housing locations when needed.
Female dogs in heat or intact aggressive males will not be accepted for boarding.

Our cat guests stay in cozy two-story condos, in their own room away from the dog area to maintain a quiet, peaceful environment.

  • Food for the entire stay plus two extra days’ worth (labeled and pre-measured if possible). If food is not provided at check-in, we’ll gladly supply our house food at an additional cost.

  • Medications clearly labeled with dosage and instructions.

  • Carrier for arrival and departure.

  • A small toy or blanket from home (optional).

What to Bring

  • Clean metal food and water bowls.

  • Clean litter boxes and fresh litter daily.

  • Comfortable mat beds in an indoor climate-controlled room and individual playtime or attention (no beds please).

What we provide

We focus on calm, gentle care ensuring your cat’s space remains stress free. Each cat enjoys their own private condo.
